South Africa's government has a commitment to public infrastructure investment through the National Development Plan and engages regularly with the private sector for capital and resource support through public-private partnerships to increase their capacity to develop.
Rapid urbanisation and demographic changes have also led to growth in the real estate industry. New cities are being built, there are ongoing efforts from local retailers and property developers to work alongside each other to open up new mall developments. Green buildings have also become a popular requirement for new office developments.

We have operated in South Africa since 1982 and work from three offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. We have achieved a Level 1 Contributor rating in terms of the current BBBEE Codes of Good Practice and are market leaders in providing consulting services to the real estate, infrastructure, oil and gas, and mining markets in particular.
