Your Professional Future (YPF) brings together talented Turner & Townsend people from every discipline to form task groups focussed on critical research and innovation projects. We introduced the programme to the UK in 2011 and globally in 2015, to help employees in the early stages of their careers gain the experience and skills they need to become our future leaders.
The programme supports our objective to encourage people from diverse backgrounds to build their careers with us. We give people a platform to share their perspectives and collaborate on ideas that shape the direction of our business.
Ranjeet Pundlik, from our Bangalore office, chairs our YPF India network and has established a strong structure for the network that has since been adopted across the rest of Asia.
Through the YPF network I’ve had opportunities to engage with senior management across the business, develop my leadership skills and boost my confidence.
“YPF is an excellent forum for the development of ideas – from concept through to reality – that have a real impact on the business. I’ve enjoyed leading workshops and collaborating with others to produce innovations, including tools to automate everyday processes."
“Through the YPF network I’ve had opportunities to engage with senior management across the business, develop my leadership skills and boost my confidence. Our biggest focus in YPF India this year is how we can leverage technology and insight to achieve maximum benefits for our clients.”
