As a Principal Consultant, my role is to deeply understand the challenges and requirements each client is facing. I focus on finding solutions that will lead to successful business outcomes through optimised project delivery capabilities and organisational transformation.
I support clients with establishing Project Management Offices (PMOs) that significantly improve capital portfolio planning and execution efficiency and complement these with robust project portfolio management systems (PPM).
This combined approach has transformed project delivery capabilities across multiple organisations as it introduces a data-driven culture with efficient and accurate reporting processes and real-time performance visibility, which ultimately drives successful and sustainable business growth.

As a French civil engineer, I began my career in Reunion Island before relocating to Australia in 2016. I joined our business in Brisbane as an Assistant Project Manager, delivering real estate projects before transitioning to the advisory team where I spent several years working on a major defence programme.

I have since worked with a global manufacturer, a university and a water services provider to establish PMOs and implement PPM systems across Queensland in Australia, Singapore and the UK.
