We offer a two-year programme, designed to give you market-leading training through our technical training academy as well as a range of soft skills and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

Our programme integrates external qualifications and professional accreditations such as SCSI, APM, CIOB, RICS and ICE, setting you on the path to becoming a leading professional.

Support each step of the way

With the dedicated support of a Graduate Development Manager, a central development team, a line manager and a dedicated buddy, you’ll have all of the resources and guidance you need to excel.

Eligibility criteria

A relevant education

A relevant construction-related degree or proof you’re working towards a relevant degree.

The right to work

The right to live and work in Europe (Dublin) or the UK (Belfast), and fluency in English.

A strong drive

A talented communicator with a clear motivation for joining Turner & Townsend, as well as the scheme you’ve applied for.

How to apply

Step 1: Apply online

Start by finding the listing suited to your skills and interests, then upload your CV and answer our relevant questions.

Step 2: Suitability assessment

You’ll be contacted by a member of our recruitment team to complete a screening call to assess your suitability for the programme.

Step 3: Interview and assessment centre

Finally, you’ll be invited to attend our offices to give a short presentation to the interview team. You’ll then participate in an assessment, followed by a competency-based interview where we’ll discuss the role and your suitability.

Looking ahead

Once you have completed these steps, you will hear if you’ve been successful within roughly 10 working days.
