You must have the right to live and work in the UK to be eligible.
You must have a 2:1+ in your undergraduate degree. If you have a RICS accredited master’s, we will accept a 2:2 in your undergraduate degree.
Year-placement applicants should have one year left of their degree, plus a year in the industry as part of the course – and be on track for a 2:1.
Some office locations require a valid UK driving licence and your own means of transport (this will be made clear during the application process).
Start by finding the listing suited to your skills and interests. Filter to 'Early careers' under Discipline, and 'All United Kingdom' (or the applicable office/s) under Location. Then upload your CV and answer our relevant questions.
You will receive a link to our timed online assessments, designed to see if our values and culture match. You will be given a week to complete these.
You will be invited to our assessment centre where you will participate in a number of competency-based activities. These are designed to see if you will be a good fit for our team.
Once you have completed these steps, you will hear if you’ve been successful within roughly 10 working days.
