Forensic Planning and Delay, BSc LLM MCIOB MCIArb
Paul has worked extensively in providing independent opinion in highly contentious environments, primarily in relation to matters associated with delay and disruption. Paul regularly provides independent support to live projects during construction with a focus on delivery, as well as participating in formal dispute resolution forums.
With notable experience in leading forensic analysis in infrastructure (highways, rail, tunnelling, water), real estate (residential, commercial and education) and energy and natural resources (offshore, wind and process), Paul has a broad knowledge base to call upon.
In addition to detailed working knowledge of all mainstream forensic methodologies, one of Paul’s key attributes is the ability to distil highly technical matters and convey the issues concisely. This approach facilitates focused discussion between the parties on the key principles in dispute.
