Bolstering Turner & Townsend's natural resources team in Indonesia
Turner & Townsend has appointed Tito Setiawan to lead its natural resources business in Indonesia, further strengthening its oil and gas, mining, and renewables capability and enhancing its natural resources leadership team.
Tito will lead the expansion of Turner & Townsend's natural resources offering in Indonesia, drawing on his extensive experience in complex project delivery and operations management across the onshore and offshore oil and gas, power, industrial and marine sectors.
As Indonesia embarks on its journey to transform its energy system and policy shifts away from fossil fuels toward clean energy and mining of energy transition minerals, there are significant new opportunities for growth.
Based in Turner & Townsend's Jakarta office, Tito will support the project delivery requirements of the existing client base while growing the team to deliver Indonesia’s investment in energy transition critical infrastructure.
Tito brings over 20 years of business development, project delivery, and operations management experience to the business. He joins Turner & Townsend most recently from Petro Vietnam Drilling and Meinhardt EPCM, Indonesia, where he developed zero carbon design and renewable energy engineering design through key clients, such as Shell, Nestle and Cargill.
John Fowlie, Regional Director, Natural Resources, Asia, said:
"We welcome Tito to our expanding natural resources team in Asia."
Tito’s deep expertise in the Indonesian market will strengthen our major programmes delivery capability, including digital service offering, and support our clients in successfully delivering assets that meet the growing demand for energy, provide energy security, and support decarbonisation..
