Continued success on NHS Shared Business Services framework agreement
We have been successfully re-appointed as a supplier on the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services framework agreement for the third consecutive time, after a competitive tender process.
The four-year framework agreement, running to 2027, aims to provide the NHS and other public sector organisations across the UK, including local authorities, schools, colleges, universities and charities, with a ‘one stop’ consultancy solution to their portfolio of pipeline projects.
All organisations with access to the framework will have the option to select from an approved list of suppliers to assist them with full project management and design services throughout RIBA stages 0-7 of their built projects, whether it be for a new build, refurbishment schemes, regeneration and/or major programmes of work.
Among a network of other successful candidates, we will provide a full range of consultancy services via eight of the 11 Lots including: project management, quantity surveyor, principal designer, multidisciplinary services, building surveyors, healthcare planning, net zero, environmental consultancy and sustainability, and ancillary services. All of these will help new and existing clients to deliver on their decarbonisation strategies, digital transformation and reorganisation.
Chris Sargent, Managing Director, Real Estate, UK, commented:
