Turner & Townsend continues to reduce its UK gender pay gap 2023-2024
Turner & Townsend has narrowed its gender pay gap for the seventh year running, as revealed in its gender pay report for 2023-2024, published today.
The report shows a further improvement within Turner & Townsend's UK business with a 1.1 percent decrease in the company's mean gender pay gap over the last year to 17.6 percent, and a 0.8 percent decrease in its median gender pay gap respectively to 16.1 percent.
