G-Cloud 13 framework appointment
With a growing demand for digital services in the public sector, we have been named as a supplier on Lot 2 of Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 13 framework.
Soon to replace G-Cloud 12, this latest framework will allow UK central government departments and other public-sector bodies to procure cloud hosting and software services, together with associated support.
Through the framework, public-sector organisations will be able to access the latest cloud services and innovations via a quick and easy route to market.
The Lot 2 appointment, which covers Cloud and Software Services (SaaS), offers our digital division the opportunity work with our government, real estate and infrastructure clients on their most complex digital programmes.
Specific requirements in the lot include cloud advisory, cloud migration, data engineering, analytics and modelling services. The framework will run for 12 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021-2022, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
This appointment adds to other recent digital wins for the business, including National Highways’ operational technology framework.
