Middle East team wins at Construction Innovation Awards
Our Middle East business has won two awards and a highly commended at this year’s Construction Innovation Awards held in Dubai, UAE on 29 September.
We were awarded ‘Consultant of the Year’ and Managing Director, Alan Talabani, won ‘CEO of the Year’ for the region.
Alan has been with our business for 25 years and has been a driving force in the growth of our Middle East business for the last 13 years, moving into his current role as Regional Managing Director in 2017. Over the years, Alan has ensured business resilience through a multi-segment growth strategy, spanning real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources. More recently, he has accelerated the digitisation of our service model, launching a series of new cost and project management products and services to the market.
Alan is also working to ensure the organisation is a diverse and inclusive employer, including the introduction of flexible working and increasing employee maternity and paternity leave allowance.

In addition to the corporate wins, Senior Project Manager Clive Parsons, was awarded Highly Commended Project Manager of the Year.
The Construction Innovation Awards Middle East is one of the leading events applauding the achievements of the region’s construction professionals. The awards strive to recognise individual excellence, corporate strengths, and project success.
Separately, in the Construction Week KSA awards hosted on 28 September, Ryan Hendricks, Associate Director in our Saudi Arabia business was awarded Highly Commended Rising Star.
