Milan office opens to support growth in Italian market
We are expanding into Italy as new real estate opportunities come forward.
Carlo Vittorio Matildi has been appointed to lead the set up and expansion as Country Managing Director for Italy, bringing his talent and long experience in the region.
Carlo previously worked with us in the UK and China for seven years, before returning to Italy to lead the family consultancy business.
Our expansion into Italy will support new client wins in real estate and will position us in growth markets where we can leverage our global expertise. The new entity opens up our 19th office in Europe, as part of a global footprint of 112 offices.
For many years we have successfully delivered major projects in the Italian market, particularly focused on the corporate and office, data centres, industrial and logistics, and automotive retail sectors. This includes the Swiss Embassy refurbishment, ongoing work with Nissan, as well as data centre and logistics projects for multinational clients.
Our expansion into Italy signals our confidence and strategic intent to help our clients and partners to thrive as the new operating environment unfolds in the post-COVID-19 economy.
