Named ‘Consultant of the Year’ at 2021 Building Awards
We have been named Consultancy of the Year at this year’s Building Awards, which took place on 2 November 2021 at the Grosvenor Hotel, London, UK.
The prestigious award recognises a construction consultancy (+100 people) that has demonstrated strong financial results, commitment to its people and clients, and made a significant contribution to the delivery of outstanding projects.
The judges highlighted our successes in a year of immense change for our industry, including increasing its operating profit by 30 percent, providing support to the UK Vaccine Taskforce and working on the development of the Construction Innovation Hub’s Value Toolkit, the Construction Playbook and the IPA Project Routemap.
The adidas East Village Expansion (EVE) also received the coveted ‘International Project of the Year’ award. We were the project and cost managers for the EVE project, which is the first major new build undertaking at adidas’ North American headquarters since its initial development in 2000. In addition, the North East Lighthouse Laboratory, one of the UK’s largest COVID-19 testing facilities, was shortlisted for the Building Magazine 'Project of the Year'.
