Wins for Singapore female leaders at RICS Southeast Asia Awards 2023
Two female leaders in Turner & Townsend's Singapore business have won awards at the 2023 edition of the RICS Southeast Asia Awards, showcasing the company's team’s talent and commitment to high professional standards in the Southeast Asia region.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) host various annual awards across global regions, highlighting the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. RICS recognises outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies within the industry that promote and enforce the highest professional qualifications and standards.
At the Southeast Asia Awards, Siti Norman (Director, Digital, Southeast Asia) won the Woman of Built Environment Award, and Jacqueline Huan (Associate Director, Singapore) won the Young Achiever of the Year Award.

RICS Woman of the Built Environment Award – Siti Norman
Siti is a seasoned professional specialising in digital transformation, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D modelling. She is the current Digital Operations Lead for Standard Chartered Bank’s global programme management Office (PMO), leading the bank’s digital transformation for its capital property function. As Siti was unable to attend the event, her award was accepted on her behalf by her colleague Liam Bray (Director, Portfolio Management, Asia) who leads the Standard Chartered Bank’s Global PMO.
Siti has also taught at BCA Academy and Singapore Polytechnic, where she shares her industry knowledge and passion with aspiring professionals. She was a key figure in the setup and development of the first World Skills Competition 2021, Digital Construction, as Chief Panel Expert.
RICS Young Achiever of the Year – Jacqueline Huan
Jacqueline has in-depth experience in providing cost management services in wide-ranging residential, commercial, retail and airport projects in Singapore. She is also a recognised subject matter expert for prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC), having recently contributed a research piece on the practical application of PPVC in Singapore to VIEWonValue, a publication by the Dutch Association of Cost Engineers.
She lectures part time at NUS and is Honorary Secretary for the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) QS Division and Central Management Committee.
