Segun leads our forensic planning and delay analysis team in the Middle East. He is a Director, based in the United Arab Emirates. He has over 30 years’ experience in civil engineering and construction, with the last 15 years focused primarily on providing professional delay analysis expertise on construction disputes, arbitrations and litigations. 

Segun regularly advises clients on planning, programming and delay-related issues on major construction projects

He has also been appointed as a testifying planning expert to arbitration tribunals and has been commissioned to produce expert reports in support of solicitors and counsel in construction dispute settlement.

  • Aviation – International Airport Development, appointed Delay Expert on International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration for MEP package 
  • Retail – Convention Centre, appointed Delay Expert on International Chamber of Commerce arbitration for roads and utilities infrastructure package 
  • Industrial – Port Logistics Complex, appointed Delay Expert on International Chamber of Commerce arbitration for construction dispute 
  • Oil and gas – appointed Delay Adviser to EPC contractor for portfolio of oil field developments across the Middle East.  
  • Power Plant in Africa, appointed Delay Adviser for employer (public body authority) on US$13bn coal fired power plant in Dispute Adjudication Board proceedings
