Stuart joined Turner & Townsend in 2000 and is Director and Lead of the forensic planning team. Stuart specialises in delay analysis and providing independent opinion on delay related matters. He has been appointed on quantum matters and is regularly engaged on complex projects to provide cost, commercial and contract support to teams.

In recent years, Stuart has been appointed on several projects in the energy sector and has provided delay analysis and independent opinion on projects in Russia, India, Africa and the UK. These range from offshore gas projects to onshore upgrade works and nuclear power stations.

Stuart has a degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering and uses his skills in IT to present complex project data in simplified ways. 

Stuart utilises his experience from the wide-varied range of projects that he has worked on to quickly understand the complex challenges that each project presents and provide robust, independent analysis to clients.
