Completing a new lifestyle destination  

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is a new lifestyle destination in Dubai. It’s located next to the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach hotel, completing a trio of iconic five-star hotels. All aspects of the mixed-use development are seamlessly connected, so that guests can experience an elevated journey of luxury and exclusivity. This is a true example of Arabian luxury hospitality.  

Designed to embrace its natural surroundings, the development provides guests with a sense of being at sea through the building's unique curves, which embrace dynamic movement and host spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf.

Setting the standard in luxury hospitality delivery 

We were appointed to provide project management advisory, construction management secondments, cost management and planning services on the luxury, quality-focused development.  

Our team was responsible for several tasks during the post-contract delivery phase of the development. These included project leadership, management, support and strategic advisory functions. ​
